This may be one of the smallest Munros but it has a great wee climb with a well defined path up and down from the summit.
This is a mammoth walk and not one for the faint hearted, this walk takes in Carn Bhac, Beinn Iutharn Mhor, Carn an Righ, Glas Tulaichean and An Socach.
According to my Munro book Ben Challum is a dull walk! I disagree - there's a false summit, a lovely ridge walk and fantastic views of the better known hills in the area.
This is a steep and lung busting ascent, bringing you out on the south ridge of Ben Vorlich but with great views across to Loch Long.
The views we got were amazing with Ben Lawers and its three sisters one way and a clear view along the ridge.
